Description
The City of Tukwila is soliciting sealed bids for the Public Works Consolidated Shops—Demolition Phase, Project No. 92230601. The work includes furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidental work necessary to demolish and remove an existing one- to two-story prefabricated steel building and a one-story shop building, as specified in the contract documents. The work must be completed within 35 working days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Bids must include a bid proposal deposit of at least five percent of the total bid amount, including sales tax, in the form of an approved cash deposit, certified or cashier's check, postal money order, or surety bond. Payment and performance bonds are required from the successful bidder as specified in the bidding documents.
