Description
The Colorado Department of Transportation seeks suppliers to deliver premium bulk diesel fuel on an as-needed basis to seven tank locations in its Region 3, Section 6 Maintenance area. Deliveries must be completed within 48 hours of an order, and vendors must coordinate with designated agency staff before delivery. Fuel must meet applicable state fuel-quality requirements; seasonal blends may vary by location and time of year. The agency may make multiple awards and may add delivery locations during the contract term. Bidders must submit pricing for the initial term and all four option years using the provided price submission form. Pricing is a fixed, all-inclusive profit margin per gallon added to the rack price at delivery. The initial term is one year, with up to four additional one-year renewals at the agency’s discretion. Required bid materials include the completed solicitation cover page and signed vendor response page, the price submission form, a current W-9, and a Colorado Certificate of Good Standing. SDVOSB bidders must also provide proof of certification.
