Description
The City seeks on-call snow removal at multiple police facilities and other City sites. The contractor must provide the labor, equipment, tools, and supplies needed to clear private streets, entrances and exits, sidewalks, parking lots, and a parking garage. Service is triggered by specified snow accumulations, with weekday morning response requirements and additional weekend and holiday responsibilities. The scope also specifies garage-safe ice treatment and plowing methods, designated snow-stacking areas, employee sign-in, and background checks for personnel working on site. The contract is anticipated to include a base year and four option years. Proposals must include a technical and management approach, company background, project schedule, at least three relevant references or contracts, key-personnel resumes, and pricing. The solicitation also requires the completed Solicitation Qualifications Document (Exhibit 1), an Appendix A price sheet prepared on company letterhead, and signed addenda if applicable.
