Description
Colorado Springs School District 11 seeks a single design-build entity to provide integrated planning, architectural and engineering design, permitting, procurement, construction, and closeout for the North Middle School Master Plan. Work includes new and renovated parking and drop-off areas, site grading and drainage, lighting, utilities, landscaping, sports and recreation areas, playground equipment, facade restoration, and feasibility studies and design for a potential building addition and renovations. The scope is phased, with priority construction and design deliverables scheduled through 2027; the potential $9 million addition and renovation scope is dependent on bond funding. The contractor must coordinate work on an active school campus, maintain student and staff safety, provide project supervision and progress reporting, and deliver required closeout materials.
