Description
El Paso County seeks a contractor to provide the labor, trained personnel, supervision, equipment, and materials needed to sweep parking lots, parking garages, sidewalks, and stairways at multiple county facilities. Work includes using blowers to clear debris from hard-to-reach areas such as curbs, parking blocks, and the bases of walls. Sweeping is scheduled after hours, normally between 8:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., with work coordinated three days in advance. The contractor must also provide a one-time power washing of the Costilla parking garage to remove bird droppings from walls, ledges, stairs, and floors.
