Description
The U.S. Embassy in Bogotá requires regular gasoline from December 1, 2026, through February 28, 2027. The government may order between 1 and 45,000 gallons during the period, with four to six partial deliveries per month. Deliveries must use trucks with capacities of 2,000 to 5,000 gallons and Colombian-standard hose and coupling connections. The offer must provide a price per gallon. The selected contractor is responsible for managing the administrative and regulatory processes for fuel procurement with Colombia’s Ministry of Mines and Energy, including SICOM. Payment is net 30 days after invoice submission through the vendor portal and fuel delivery, and will be made by EFT. The attached Section 889 certification must be completed and returned to the Contract Specialist.
