This sources-sought notice is a market survey, not a solicitation for proposals, and no contract will be awarded from this notice. The agency is seeking information about small businesses capable of maintaining and repairing existing paved and unpaved infrastructure and constructing new infrastructure, including roads, bridges, sidewalks, parking areas, motor pools, airfields, and runways. Related work may include trails, ditches, curbs and gutters, traffic signals and signs, street lights, drainage, landscaping, and electrical work. Respondents are asked to provide company identity and socioeconomic status information, bonding capacity, geographic capability and interest, and feedback on progressive design-build, commerciality, and work suitable for IDIQ-level pre-pricing. The contemplated task-order footprint includes Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, and New Mexico.
