The Defense Logistics Agency Energy intends to extend the incumbent firm-fixed-price contract with Fueling Systems Contractors, LLC for contractor-owned, contractor-operated fuel services at Defense Fuel Support Point Al Udeid. Services include receiving, storing, transferring, and shipping JP-8 aviation fuel, diesel fuel, and automotive gasoline; additive injection; inventory management; and maintenance of government-owned fuel. The scope also includes operating and maintaining the base service station and supporting transfers among bulk storage, operating storage, the hydrant system, and truck-loading facilities. The notice describes a proposed seven-year extension, with a performance period beginning January 21, 2027, and three one-year option periods. It states that the agency intends to negotiate with only one source, the incumbent contractor.
