Description
The City of Colorado Springs is seeking construction services for channel stabilization along Monument Creek and improvements to the Pikes Peak Greenway Trail. The attached price sheet identifies channel work such as excavation, grade-control structures, bank protection, storm sewer improvements, erosion control, and revegetation, as well as trail work including concrete and crusher-fines trail surfaces, retaining wall, curbs, fencing, and handrail. A retaining-wall enhancement alternate is also included. The bid is submitted electronically. The proposal, qualifications documents, federal forms, and Schedule A price sheet are listed as required; Schedule A must be submitted in Excel format only, and the total project cost must also be entered in the Bidnet price sheet.
