Description
The University of Maine System is seeking fuel distributors to supply #6.5 residual oil to the University of Maine at Orono. The contract covers spot-market pricing with a firm transportation and delivery markup, and the University may request fixed-price options during the contract term. The bid form identifies an approximate annual usage of 7,500 barrels; actual purchases will be based on the University's needs. The contract term is up to two years, with three one-year renewal options. Bidders must submit the supplier bid form, including the proposed spot-market adder and index pricing information. Delivery requirements include scheduled deliveries to the listed storage tank locations, including the ability to make weekend tanker deliveries.
