Description
The City seeks a contractor to manage its transit advertising program across fixed-route buses, ADA paratransit vehicles, bus benches, and bus shelters. The scope includes marketing and selling advertising space, collecting revenue, maintaining billing and advertising records, submitting artwork for approval, and ensuring advertisements comply with the agency’s policies and fair-market-value requirements. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and administrative services for advertising production, installation, maintenance, repair, and removal. The work also includes monthly revenue remittances and reporting, quarterly rate documentation, and an annual third-party audit at the contractor’s expense. Proposals must include a revenue offer, a technical and management approach, at least three relevant references or contract examples, key-personnel resumes, and the specified completed exhibits.
