Description
The City seeks a qualified planning and design firm to prepare a comprehensive Downtown Revitalization Plan that will support a future Community Development Block Grant application. The work includes an infrastructure inventory, public engagement, design concept development, and CDBG-ready implementation strategies focused on pedestrian safety, ADA accessibility, streetscape aesthetics, and public parking. The anticipated budget is $40,000 to $50,000. Proposals are limited to 30 pages and may be submitted as a PDF under 25 MB by email or delivered physically.
