Description
This formal sealed-bid construction opportunity covers exterior painting of approximately 76,012 square feet across eight residential buildings, one administration building, and one basketball court at the La Cruz Public Housing Development. The scope also includes potential environmental mitigation for lead-based paint and asbestos-containing materials if testing produces positive results, along with other work specified in the bid package. The work is funded through federal disaster-recovery grants and requires compliance with applicable federal and Puerto Rico procurement requirements, Davis-Bacon labor standards, HUD Section 3 requirements, and active SAM registration.
