Description
Utica Community Schools is soliciting sealed bids for the Collins and Walsh Chiller Replacement Project, identified as Project 23-26-2026. The opportunity involves building construction and replacement of chillers at the district's school facilities. Bids must include a sworn and notarized familial-relationship disclosure statement and a sworn and notarized Affidavit of Compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act. Bidders are responsible for monitoring the BuildingConnected site for addenda, requests for information, and other bid documents. Full personal protective equipment is required for attendees at the scheduled pre-bid conference.
