Description
This Sources Sought notice seeks capable contractors to provide comprehensive service for TrueBeam linear accelerators, the ARIA Oncology Information System, the Eclipse Treatment Planning System, and RGSC respiratory gating equipment. The scope includes preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, all required parts and labor, software upgrades, application and technical phone support, training, and a pre-service wellness check with any resulting parts and materials. Contractor responsibilities include providing on-site emergency labor and remote support, maintaining applicable systems at a minimum 96% uptime where specified, complying with vendor, Department of Veterans Affairs, regulatory, accreditation, security, privacy, and infection-control requirements, and submitting detailed electronic service reports after work is completed. The anticipated service period is March 15, 2027, through March 14, 2032, at the Government's discretion. This is a Sources Sought notice, not a request for quote or an announcement of a solicitation.
