The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a 60-month firm-fixed-price contract for U.S. Navy black cotton/nylon dress socks, covering PGCs 00306 and 02767 and NSNs 8440-00-543-7773 and 8440-01-495-2994. The contract will have five separate 12-month price tiers, with minimum, estimated annual, and maximum five-year quantities of 84,000, 336,000, and 2,100,000 pairs, respectively. The acquisition is a total small-business set-aside and will use best-value tradeoff procedures; technical proposals, product demonstration models, and past-performance information are required evaluation components. The contractor must furnish all materials and ensure Berry Amendment compliance. Products must conform to CID A-A-50015D and applicable technical data, including packaging, marking, inspection, quality, and first-article requirements. RFID labeling is required at the item, case, and pallet levels, and delivery is FOB destination to Peckham Inc. in Lansing, Michigan. The first delivery order is due to begin 90 days after award, with subsequent orders due in 30-day increments.
