Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Detroit District is soliciting a firm-fixed-price construction contract for fill management at the Pointe Mouillee Confined Disposal Facility. The work includes mobilization, vegetation clearing in Cells 1 and 2, an initial topographic survey, construction of interior berms, installation of drainage pipes, a final verification survey, and demobilization. This is a 100% small-business set-aside under NAICS 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction.
