Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking quotations for 52 units of tolnaftate powder, USP 1%, 45 grams per unit, under NSN 6505-01-480-7897. The requirement consists of 40 units for the USS John Canley ESB in San Diego, California, and 12 units for the PCU Arkansas in Newport News/Hampton, Virginia. Delivery is required within five days after order, with destination inspection and acceptance. Supplies must be commercially packaged in sealed unit containers, packed for safe delivery, and marked in accordance with Medical Marking Standard No. 1 and applicable military packaging requirements. The item has a 36-month, non-extendable shelf-life requirement. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System; the solicitation is not a small-business set-aside.
