Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award a firm-fixed-price sole-source contract for title services, closing costs, and issuance of a final title policy supporting a land exchange involving multiple high-value properties for the Lower Rio Grande Valley National Wildlife Refuge. The work requires familiarity with federal land-acquisition processes, regional title issues, title exceptions, federal title standards, and Department of Justice requirements, including post-closing payment for title work. This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract, not a request for competitive quotes, and no solicitation package will be issued. Interested parties may submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to meet all stated requirements, including business name and Unique Entity Identifier, technical capability, equivalent-service evidence, active registration, and ability to meet the required performance timeline. Responses will be used only to determine whether additional responsible sources exist.
