Description
The Township of Hamilton is soliciting qualifications and proposals from firms or individuals to provide real estate title services. The selected respondent must demonstrate professional, administrative, and financial capability, relevant experience, key personnel qualifications, technical competence, municipal or government experience, and the ability to perform the requested work. Proposals must include a firm qualification statement, at least three similar-project references including at least two municipalities, key personnel information, servicing-office information, applicable experience and certifications, and compensation and fee schedules. The contract term is January 1 through December 31, 2027, with award anticipated at the first or second Counsel Meeting in January 2027. The procurement is conducted through a fair and open process, and multiple professionals may be awarded for the position. Required submission materials include the proposal sheet, proposal response, ownership disclosure, addenda acknowledgment, insurance acknowledgment with general-liability certificate, non-collusion affidavit, New Jersey Business Registration Certificate, affirmative-action compliance notice, Iran disclosure, Russia-Belarus certification, references, and W-9. The solicitation also requires compliance with applicable New Jersey business-registration, affirmative-action, equal-employment-opportunity, and insurance requirements.
