The Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources is seeking multiple qualified attorneys to provide as-needed real-property legal services. The scope includes title searches and title certification, real estate closings, drafting deeds, leases, easements, and other real estate instruments, real-estate-related litigation, and issuance of owner's title insurance policies as an authorized agent of a title insurance company licensed to do business in Kentucky. Offerors must demonstrate Kentucky law licensure and good standing, relevant title and real-estate legal experience, knowledge of applicable statutes and case law, qualifications of key personnel, title-insurance affiliation, and professional liability insurance. The solicitation requires a technical proposal and does not evaluate cost as a scored criterion; compensation is subject to stated maximum hourly rates and applicable policy limits. Multiple attorneys may be placed under contract and assigned work as needed, with project-specific fee quotations requested for title work.
