Description
British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority is seeking proposals from qualified parties to provide real estate services and property rights management services. The listed commodity areas include real estate law, property law services, real estate brokerage or agency services, real estate appraisal and valuation, real estate listing services, property management, facilities management, and land geophysical acquisition; the detailed scope is contained in the RFP documents. The contract is expected to have an initial five-year term and may be extended by up to four additional years through one or more contract extensions, for a potential total term of nine years. The procurement may involve negotiation, is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement, and requires responses in English. BC Hydro states that changes, including questions and addenda, are handled as addenda under its BC Bid procedures.
