Description
The MRC des Laurentides is soliciting bids to acquire a snow groomer equipped with track setters for winter maintenance of a section of the Le P'tit Train du Nord linear park. The equipment will groom and set tracks on a multi-use trail for classic cross-country skiing, skate skiing, and a winter walking and fatbike corridor where width permits. The solicitation is an open competitive procurement subject to the Quebec-Ontario Trade and Cooperation Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement, and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement. Bids must be submitted using the forms prepared by the MRC, in a sealed and clearly identified envelope. The estimated contract period is three months.
