Description
The Texas Public Purchasing Association (TxPPA), a non-profit association, is seeking proposals from qualified Association Management Companies (AMCs) to provide comprehensive administrative and conference management services. The selected AMC will be responsible for overall administrative functions, including board support, membership management, financial management, and technology/branding/digital engagement. Additionally, the AMC will manage the planning and execution of TxPPA's two annual educational conferences (Spring and Fall), including site selection, logistics, exhibitor coordination, and attendee services. The contract will begin November 1, 2026, with an initial term through December 31, 2027, and may be renewed for up to four additional one-year terms.
