Description
The Montana Legislative Branch seeks a contractor to provide breakfast, lunch, pastries, soups, snack foods, coffee, a coffee machine, and all related coffee supplies for the Snack Bar at the Montana State Capitol during the 2027 legislative session. The contractor must fulfill orders, deliver fresh and properly packaged items Monday through Friday no later than 6:30 a.m. on service days, and comply with applicable food safety and sanitation requirements. The contractor must provide, maintain, service, repair, and replace the coffee machine as needed, and train Snack Bar staff on coffee machine use and latte preparation. The statement of work period begins December 28, 2026, with food services beginning January 4, 2027, and continuing through the end of the 2027 legislative session. Total payments may not exceed $100,000 without prior written approval. Respondents must complete the limited solicitation form, provide requested company information, submit a reference letter, complete the cost proposal, and provide a sample menu with prices through the electronic limited-solicitation process.
