Description
The City seeks a contractor to rehabilitate an existing municipal housing property to meet applicable codes. Work includes demolition and replacement of damaged materials; carpentry and framing repairs; plumbing; construction of a tiled shower stall; flat-roof replacement and shingle repairs; drywall, flooring, painting, weatherproofing, and related improvements; termite treatment; and site cleanup. The contractor must provide labor, materials, equipment, permits, inspections, temporary toilet and waste services, and a one-year warranty on workmanship and materials. The project is approximately 1,968 square feet, and the work must be completed within 30 calendar days.
