Description
Citizens for Modern Transit, in partnership with the St. Clair County Transit District, seeks a graphic design consultant to develop materials promoting ridership on the Flyer microtransit service and connecting transit system. Deliverables include an updated service tagline, logo, program copy, poster, transit advertisement, postcard mailer, two print advertisements adapted to various sizes, and web graphics. CMT will provide the copy. Final files are required in PDF, PNG, and JPEG formats, with other file types potentially needed for printers. The proposal should describe the assigned personnel or team and their backgrounds, provide a budget breakdown for each listed task or item, and include relevant product samples. Proposals are limited to four single-sided pages. Work must be original or appropriately licensed from verified stock libraries, with full documentation provided; the solicitation also sets limitations and reporting requirements for generative AI use. The completed campaign assets are due January 15, 2027.
