Description
The City seeks a contractor to rehabilitate an existing municipal housing property of approximately 2,667 square feet to meet applicable codes. Work includes plumbing, carpentry and framing repairs, demolition and debris removal, roofing repairs, weatherproofing, drywall, painting, VCT flooring installation, a tiled shower stall with grab bars and a new shower valve, cabinet painting, site maintenance, and licensed termite treatment with proof of service and a one-year written warranty. The contractor must provide labor, materials, equipment, permits, inspections, temporary site facilities, and cleanup, and complete the project within 30 calendar days.
