Description
Texas State University seeks one or more contractors to provide environmental graphic design, production, and installation services on an as-needed basis. Work includes large-format wall graphics, acrylic graphic panels, direct printing on rigid substrates and acrylic, contour-cut vinyl lettering, and dimensional lettering or logos. The contractor must provide labor, materials, equipment, and supervision; follow university branding standards; and route designs for university marketing approval before production or installation. Pricing is requested per square foot for specified production types and must include delivery and at least one round of color proofs per project. Installation is required for specified wall graphics, vinyl lettering, and dimensional lettering or logos; installers must attend an onsite meeting and remain present throughout installation. The university expects a five-business-day turnaround, subject to mutually agreed adjustments, and will own final design files after payment.
