Description
Arapahoe County is providing notice of final settlement for Kone Inc.'s completed work under the ACJC Courthouse 1 Inmate Elevators Mechanical Upgrades — Phase 1 contract. The work consisted generally of modernizing the elevator system to comply with current code. This is a final-settlement notice rather than an opportunity to compete for the elevator work. Contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, and equipment providers with unpaid claims related to Kone Inc.'s work may file a verified claim with the Board of County Commissioners by the stated deadline.
