Public Services and Procurement Canada, on behalf of Fisheries and Oceans Canada, is seeking offers from qualified contractors for the replacement of the existing air handling unit and associated mechanical and electrical systems serving the Core Storage Facility at the Bedford Institute of Oceanography. The work includes removal and replacement of the air handling unit, heating pumps, heat exchanger, associated piping, air distribution components, controls, and related electrical infrastructure. The project also includes testing, balancing, commissioning, and associated construction services required to place the new systems into operation. This is the second phase of a two-phase procurement and is open only to contractors that successfully qualified through the preceding Invitation to Qualify stage. Bids will be evaluated using lowest-price selection.
