Description
Niagara College is seeking a supplier to manage homestay services for short- and long-term students. The scope includes recruiting, screening, training, and supporting homestay families; maintaining a suitable network of accommodations; matching students based on dietary needs, religion, language, gender identity, pets, interests, academic requirements, and proximity to campus; and providing a website and telephone support during and outside normal business hours. The supplier must coordinate student arrivals and departures, including transportation arrangements, in-person introductions, orientation resources, and emergency communications; manage referrals, changes, complaints, and service requests; maintain safeguarding, privacy, insurance, and operational procedures; and provide reporting and performance information. Accommodations must include a private bedroom, internet access, meal options, shared facilities, laundry access, cleanliness, and a smoke-free environment, within specified travel proximity of the College's campuses. The agreement is for an initial two-year term with up to three additional two-year renewal periods, for an estimated total contract period of 60 months.
