Description
New Mexico State University has posted a sole-source pre-award notice for the Quasonix SA0109 RF receiver. The notice is intended to satisfy New Mexico sole-source procurement requirements and identifies no separate product line items or prerequisites. Companies that believe they can supply equal or greater goods or services may submit written reasoning and detailed qualifications or specifications for consideration. The university reserves the right to determine equivalence, and challenges must be submitted in writing within 15 calendar days of the posting.
