Description
The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) - Kansas Health and Environmental Laboratories (KHEL) is seeking qualified companies to provide supplies for environmental and clinical extraction of water samples for the State of Kansas and services for the mercury analyzer. The contract includes consumable lab equipment, lab instrument parts, repair, and preventative maintenance for an AGS Scientific brand Mercury Analyzer instrument (or equivalent). The contract period is five years from November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2031. Supplies and services are used in the Inorganic Chemistry Section at KHEL. The solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP) under K.S.A. 75-37,102. Bidders must be officially invited to the event and must register with the State of Kansas. A current Tax Clearance Certificate is required. The closing date is September 8, 2026 at 2:00 PM CST.
