Description
Blue Valley School District is seeking qualifications from one or more architectural and design teams to provide planning, programming, design, and construction administration services for projects anticipated under its 2027 Bond Program. The anticipated program is approximately $200 million and may include district office campus master planning, Career and Technical Education expansion, new construction, major renovations, instructional and athletic facility improvements, and districtwide asset preservation. The selected firms will support project scoping, budgeting, alternatives analysis, prioritization, sequencing, and coordination with District leadership, stakeholders, consultants, and construction partners under a Construction Manager at Risk delivery model. Relevant capabilities include master planning, renovation of occupied educational facilities, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing improvements, roofing and building-envelope work, pavement, interior finishes, athletic facilities, cost and schedule management, and management of multiple concurrent projects. The RFQ establishes a flexible, multi-year professional services relationship, with bond construction anticipated to begin in 2027; individual project scopes, schedules, and budgets will be refined later.
