Description
The MetroHealth System seeks a professional-services partner to redesign, configure, integrate, test, document, and deploy its UKG Pro Workforce Management environment in alignment with a future-state Workday HCM, Payroll, and ERP ecosystem. The scope includes organizational and labor-structure alignment; timekeeping, accruals, leave, attendance, advanced scheduling, mobile, security, and device configuration; employee and workforce-data migration; and remediation of existing dependencies on Infor/Lawson. The engagement also includes development and testing of 17 integrations involving Workday, UKG, Epic, QGenda, AcuityPlus, and middleware; reporting, DataHub, enterprise-data-warehouse, and data-governance work; payroll reconciliation and parallel testing; change management, role-based training, knowledge transfer, cutover, January 2028 go-live support, and post-production stabilization. Respondents must provide a detailed methodology, work plan, deliverables, assumptions and exclusions, staffing and resumes, comparable healthcare references, pricing by phase and workstream, security and privacy information, subcontracting and offshoring disclosures, and completed procurement questionnaires.
