Description
The City of Cleveland is soliciting bids for 43,350 red shale sewer bricks. Bricks must be 2-3/4 inches deep, 3-1/4 inches wide, and 8-1/4 inches long; red, smooth, and banded with metal strapping; and manufactured by Belden or an approved equal or better. The purchase order will not exceed $49,000, and unit prices must include shipping and handling. Multiple shipments of at least 7,225 bricks will be required. Delivery is to 12302 Kirby Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44108, where the customer will offload the material. The bid must include applicable product and warranty information, delivery timing after award, and all required bid documents, including the completed bid form, Northern Ireland Affidavit, and Wage Theft Form.
