Description
The Town of Beekmantown is soliciting one prime contractor to provide and install approximately 5,360 linear feet of 4-inch raw water transmission main. The work includes approximately 2,523 linear feet of horizontal directional drilling and 2,837 linear feet of open-cut construction, extending from a well site off Ashley Road to the existing raw water transmission main near Spellman Road and Maple Ridge Drive. The project must be substantially completed by June 30, 2027, with final completion by August 31, 2027. Bids must use the provided forms and include bid security equal to 5% of the bid; the successful bidder must furnish 100% performance and payment bonds. The project has a 20% total minority- and women-owned business enterprise contracting goal.
