Description
The Ohio Department of Transportation is seeking one electric man lift, specified as a Genie Z-34/22DC or equivalent. The unit must provide a 40-foot working height, 34-foot platform height, 22-foot horizontal reach, and 500-pound lifting capacity. Pricing must include delivery. The response must include the completed Affirmation and Disclosure Form provided with the solicitation and must satisfy the OhioBuys RFQ terms and conditions. The solicitation is an MBE set-aside, and bidders must have active MBE certification when the solicitation closes.
