Description
The Yavapai-Prescott Indian Tribe is seeking qualified contractors to provide construction services for a new 768-square-foot archive building with a loading dock. Proposals will initially be reviewed and recorded for budgetary planning; bidders will be notified in spring 2027 to revise and resubmit their construction amounts to reflect market and inflation changes. Only firms submitting initial proposals will be eligible to revise their bids for final selection. Selection will be based on a combination of qualifications and price, subject to approval by the Tribe's Board of Directors. The full proposal package contains the project specifications and details.
