Description
Yavapai County is soliciting bids for the as-needed supply and delivery of hot-applied, elastically modified asphalt petroleum-based pavement crack and joint sealant. The materials must meet specified technical requirements for high-, moderate-, and low-elevation applications, as well as medium- and low-viscosity materials, including ASTM testing, penetration, resilience, softening point, flexibility, flow, viscosity, adhesion, and temperature requirements. Equivalent products may be proposed if they meet or exceed the specifications and are clearly identified. Material will be ordered as needed, with a minimum order of 40,000 pounds, measured and paid for by the pound. Delivery is required within 30 calendar days after receipt of an order, and unit prices must remain effective for the contract term. The initial contract term is six months, with up to four one-year renewal options. Bidders must submit pricing, a signed proposal, a non-collusion affidavit, and a subcontractor list if applicable; references may be requested after submission.
