Description
The USDA Forest Service is soliciting a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for new 6,000-pound-capacity cargo swivels (NFES 0286) and 12-foot, 6,000-pound-capacity lead lines (NFES 0380). The contractor must provide three units of each item for first-article testing at the National Technology & Development Program within 14 days of award. After approval, additional items will be supplied in quantities and to locations established through delivery orders, with FOB destination shipping to National Incident Support Cache locations nationwide. The contract includes a base period and four option years. Products must comply with the attached technical specifications and applicable testing, inspection, proof-loading, certification, marking, packaging, and shipment requirements. The solicitation is a total small-business set-aside, and quotations must include the completed solicitation schedule, offeror information, representations, and applicable past-performance materials.
