BIDS - -CALL FOR BIDS Yavapai County is seeking bids to SUPPLY AND DELIVER GRADER BLADES IN YAVAPAI COUNTY, ARIZONA (IFB # 27-PW-15). Solicitation documents will be available September 1, 2026, on the County's eProcurement Portal, located at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/yavapai. Submissions are due no later than September 17, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. The Yavapai County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all offers, to waive formalities, and to accept the offer deemed to be in the best interest of Yavapai County. Description
Yavapai County is soliciting bids for new, unused grader blades with standard cutting edges measuring 3/4 inch by 8 inches by 7 feet, with 3/4-inch holes, double-curved and heat-treated. Bidders must identify the proposed manufacturer, trade name, and model number; provide brochures and complete specifications; certify compliance with applicable federal emission, OSHA, and safety standards; and provide warranty information. Equal products may be proposed if their brand, number, and quality level are clearly identified. Delivery time must be stated in the bid, and the County may order quantities as needed without guaranteeing a minimum or maximum purchase. The contract is for one year beginning November 1, 2026, with up to four additional one-year renewal options. Award evaluation considers conformity to specifications, cost, warranty, delivery time, overall bid response, and past performance. The required response includes the completed and signed Proposal, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Subcontractor List if applicable, pricing sheet submitted through the portal, and brochures for the proposed equipment.
