Description
Yavapai County is seeking a contractor to supply and deliver galvanized corrugated metal pipe and compatible flat and dimpled bands as needed throughout the county. The solicitation specifies round pipe sizes from 18 to 96 inches and arch pipe sizes from 17 by 13 inches to 73 by 55 inches, generally in 20-foot lengths, with gauge and corrugation requirements varying by size. Materials must comply with Arizona Department of Transportation drainage-pipe specifications and applicable public-works standards. Estimated quantities are provided for each pipe size and band type, but purchases are not guaranteed. The contract term is one year, from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2027, with up to four additional one-year renewal options. Bidders must provide unit pricing, delivery information, required certifications and testing, and any proposed exceptions. The proposal, non-collusion affidavit, and subcontractor list when applicable must be submitted electronically through the designated procurement portal.
