Description
The City of Paso Robles seeks proposals from qualified contractors to establish a multiple-award, on-call pool for storm response, emergency public works, cleanup, debris management, and recovery services. Seven service categories are included: storm debris and vegetation removal; emergency roadway and right-of-way work; drainage, flood-control, and stormwater services; heavy equipment and operators; emergency construction and temporary repairs; storm cleanup and recovery; and emergency support logistics. Contractors may propose for one or more categories. Work will be assigned through task orders as needed, with no guaranteed work or minimum compensation. The City anticipates selecting approximately two to three contractors. Proposals must describe qualifications and comparable experience, emergency response and mobilization capacity, equipment and personnel, subcontractors, safety, and, if applicable, federal disaster-reimbursement compliance. Proposers must complete the attached exhibits, including the equipment inventory, references, service-category selection, emergency response capacity, pricing schedule, and required certifications. The agreement has an initial three-year term with up to two optional one-year extensions. Three hard copies and one digital PDF copy on a USB drive must be delivered by mail, recognized courier, or hand delivery; email submissions are not accepted.
