Description
The City of Santa Ana is seeking two or more vendors to supply safety shoes and boots for approximately 175 employees across multiple City departments. Footwear must have steel-reinforced toes and insteps and bear approval under ASTM F2413-18. Vendors must offer men's and women's sizes 5 through 16, widths AA through EEEE, proper fitting for normally and unevenly sized feet, manufacturer warranties, and sufficient in-store inventory. The program may also include insoles and other boot accessories, with vendors providing discounts across their footwear and accessory lines. Vendors must maintain a physical store within a 10-mile radius of Santa Ana's city center, support employee eligibility and purchase authorization procedures, and provide receipts containing specified transaction details. The bid requires pricing for listed footwear, shoe-repair labor, and applicable discounts. The initial contract term is one year with four additional one-year renewal options. Required bid materials include the completed Bid Form, Bidder's Certification, Debarment Questionnaire, Non-Lobbying Certification, Non-Discrimination Certification, Non-Collusion Affidavit, and online line-item pricing.
