Description
Ada County seeks a comprehensive enterprise imagery and property intelligence solution for assessment administration, property valuation, appraisal operations, parcel maintenance, field inspections, and related county functions. The scope includes countywide high-resolution orthophotography, urban oblique imagery, historical imagery access, web-based viewing and measurement tools, automated or semi-automated change detection, property intelligence datasets, and analytical capabilities. The solution must support secure hosted access, GIS and CAMA integrations, mobile assessment workflows, implementation, data migration or exchange as applicable, training, technical support, software maintenance, imagery updates, documentation, and ongoing product enhancements. Vendors must describe relevant governmental experience, integration experience, organizational and financial stability, at least three similar client references from the past five years, key personnel, proposed approach, subcontractors or technology partners, and five years of detailed pricing. The proposal must include a signed cover sheet, required proposal content, and the completed Cost Proposal (BT-17RV).
