Description
Eastern Kentucky University seeks one or more contractors to provide plumbing services on an as-needed basis, including the labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the work. The contract establishes hourly labor rates for smaller projects; the University may separately request project quotes or issue competitive bids for larger projects. There is no guaranteed number of work hours, and work is authorized by University representatives as needed. Bidders must provide hourly rates and a fixed-fee adder for materials and rentals, along with references and an ACORD certificate of insurance meeting the stated coverage requirements. Contractors must have equipment available within 30 miles of Richmond, Kentucky. The initial term is two years, with up to three annual renewal periods, for a maximum total term of five years.
