Description
The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government seeks contractors to provide labor, materials, tools, equipment, and cleanup services for roadways, properties, streams, and other water features. Work may include mowing and vegetation control, removal of stream blockages and fallen trees, litter and debris pickup, snow removal from sidewalks, emergency storm cleanup, and general repairs. Work is assigned through individual work orders, with contractors selected based on availability, expertise, and cost; the government may award to multiple contractors. The contract has a two-year term with three optional one-year renewals. Subcontracting requires prior written approval. Responses must include pricing and specified experience, staffing, equipment, insurance, licensing, and outreach information.
