Pepper Construction is seeking a qualified mass timber manufacturer to fabricate, deliver, and erect mass timber components for the UK Makerspace project. The early procurement approach is intended to support coordination of the structural system, material sourcing, availability and lead times, fabrication, delivery, and erection during construction documents development, helping reduce schedule impacts.
